Scan and Calibration Support

SUMMARY:
The Scan and Calibration Support role is responsible for providing vehicle scanning and ADAS calibration integration with new acquisitions and support current operations while assisting in the management of the in-house scan/calibration partner relationship. Collecting utilization data to identify successful usage, missed opportunities and properly billed ADAS calibrations and vehicle scans. This person will be responsible for routine audits of delivered vehicles to capture utilization rates, to maintain proper action plans for improvement and to analyze outside vendor usage.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and conduct in-house scan and calibration integration/training with new acquisitions and scan/calibration partner. On-site presentation and integration required

Monitor and update insurance partner scan and calibration pricing agreements with CCC team and scan/calibration partner. Work with Director of ADAS Calibration Services when pricing negotiations are required with scan/calibration partner

Provide support to CollisionRight centers regarding insurance partner questions/concerns

Perform routine audits of delivered vehicles to measure required scanning and calibration utilization.

Create spreadsheets including the data placed into quartile rankings along with captured and missed opportunities. Data lists, charts and graphs required

Calculate approximant revenue loss for missed opportunities

Analyze billing methods to determine where proper billing improvement is required

Analyze monthly vendor usage report to identify areas of opportunity to drive more in-house usage

Provide insight to patterns/trends within certain markets and/or specific locations

Regular meetings with VP of ADAS Calibration Services

Up to 75% travel required
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma is required
-
Minimum of 1 year ADAS experience is required

Collision repair or auto repair experience is preferred

CCC experience is preferred.

ADAS, I-CAR, or ASE certifications is preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently without direct supervision

Ability to complete routine and requested tasks from direct supervisor in a timely manner.

Valid drivers license and transportation.
