SUMMARY:
The Territory Sales Leader is responsible for driving revenue growth within assigned territories by developing and maintaining referral-based business relationships. This role focuses on territory ownership, partnership development, and consistent sales execution through in-person engagement with insurance partners, dealerships, fleet operators, and other referral sources. This position operates independently in the field, reports to the Director of Strategic Accounts, and is accountable for meeting defined sales objectives and reporting requirements.

This role requires up to 75% travel in throughout Maryland, Harrisburg, PA and Northern VA.

Pay $75,000 - $85,000 base salary plus bonus

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and grow assigned territory performance by developing and executing a strategic sales plan aligned with company revenue targets and market opportunities.

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for customers within the territory, maintaining regular touchpoints, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring long-term account retention.

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and market research within assigned territories

  • Conduct in-person visits with insurance agents, dealerships, fleet managers, and other referral sources.

  • Analyze territory performance by utilizing reporting tools and review pipeline activity to forecast revenue, prioritize opportunities, and adjust sales strategies as needed.

  • Generate leads through prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, and industry networking.

  • Present CollisionRight services in a clear, professional manner aligned with established sales messaging.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with referral partners to support recurring business.

  • Represent the company within assigned territories at industry events, local meetings, and customer visits to strengthen brand presence and market engagement.

  • Conduct routine follow-ups to assess partner needs and identify additional opportunities.

  • Negotiate pricing and service agreements in accordance with company guidelines.

  • Maintain the full sales cycle independently, from initial contract execution and handoff.

  • Meet established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

  • Maintain working knowledge of industry trends, insurance practices, and competitor activity.

  • Represent the organization at industry meetings, trade shows, or networking events as assigned.

  • Travel as necessary to additional CollisionRight markets supporting projects aimed at driving additional revenue for the company

  • Communicate relevant market feedback to internal stakeholders and the Director of Strategic Accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in B2B sales, territory sales, or relationship-based sales required.

  • Experience in automotive services, collision repair, insurance, or related industries preferred.

  • Ability to manage sales territory independently and prioritize activities effectively.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional business relationships.

  • Effective negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to maintain accurate sales records and reporting.

  • High school diploma is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
