• Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition
• Repair, replace, and realign structural components
• Perform high-quality bodywork and prep for refinish
• Review estimates and identify additional repair needs
• Deliver repairs that are safe, precise, and built to last

• 1+ years of collision repair experience
• Strong understanding of vehicle structure and repair processes
• Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-production environment
• Team-first mindset and strong work ethic
