What You’ll Do

• Prepare vehicles for the refinishing process
• Review repair orders before starting work
• Sand, featheredge, and prep surfaces for primer and paint
• Prime, edge, and jam replacement parts as needed
• Block panels to ensure smooth, quality finishes
• Mask vehicles to prevent overspray and minimize tapelines
• Apply primer accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in paint prep or collision repair preferred
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to follow processes and safety procedures
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
