What You’ll Do

• Prep surfaces (clean, sand, mask)
• Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat
• Mix and match paint to OEM specs
• Buff and finish for high-quality results
• Maintain paint equipment and booths
• Assist with light body prep as needed
• Inspect work to meet quality standards
• Follow all safety and PPE protocols

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of automotive painting experience
• Experience with waterborne & solvent systems
• Strong prep, spraying, and color-matching skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and manage workload
• Team-first mindset with pride in your work

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 35 lbs regularly (up to 70 lbs occasionally)
• Comfortable with standing, bending, reaching, and climbing
