The Integrations and Operations Training Expert serves as a highly skilled and specialized authority responsible for leading the seamless onboarding of newly acquired locations into company systems, workflows, and operational standards. This expert-level role delivers structured, hands-on training designed to address the complexities of integration, ensuring disciplined system adoption, elevated operational performance, and long-term consistency across all new shops. As both a strategic trainer and an on-site operational expert, this position provides leadership, guidance, and advanced problem solving to build capability and confidence within new teams.

Location: Within 2 hours of one of our current locations. Heavy travel 75%.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead high-level, specialized integration training for newly acquired locations, ensuring complete and accurate adoption of company systems, operational workflows, and performance expectations.

Deliver expert in-person and virtual training across core operating systems, estimating platforms, file closing processes, documentation standards, communication workflows, and KPI tracking essential to organizational consistency and performance.

Serve as an operational subject matter expert (SME), reinforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring alignment with centralized operational requirements, audit standards, and best practices.

Partner with Regional Managers and shop leadership to conduct expert operational assessments, identifying performance gaps, workflow inefficiencies, system-usage issues, and training needs. Translate findings into strategic training or corrective-action plans.

Provide advanced, hands-on operational coaching to managers and teammates, strengthening execution, workflow discipline, system utilization, and consistent adherence to daily operational processes.

Support complex system transitions related to integrations, including onboarding into estimating systems, payroll and timekeeping platforms, reporting tools, communication systems, and other core technologies.

Develop and maintain high-quality integration training materials, including expert-level presentations, job aids, process guides, e-learning modules, checklists, and operational playbooks tailored to the needs of new locations.

Evaluate training and integration effectiveness using performance data, system utilization insights, follow-up visits, and feedback loops. Continuously refine training content to ensure optimal adoption and performance.

Collaborate with subject matter experts across systems and operations to ensure integration content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with evolving tools, processes, and organizational standards.

Document integration activity thoroughly, including training sessions, progress milestones, coaching actions, and required follow-up to ensure visibility and accountability.

Support special projects and operational improvement initiatives, leveraging expert knowledge to enhance consistency, standardization, and system utilization across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of experience in collision repair operations, multi-location environment preferred.

Strong background supporting operational integrations, system implementations, technical onboarding, or process rollouts, with the ability to guide teams through transition and change.

Demonstrated ability to train, coach, influence, and lead both frontline and management-level teammates with authority, clarity, and expertise.

Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and integration timelines simultaneously.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex operational and system processes for diverse learning styles.

Highly adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic integration environments with shifting priorities and evolving needs.

Willingness to travel up to 75% to support in-person integration and operational training.
