SUMMARY:

The Integrations and Operations Trainer, DRP Performance is a specialized role dedicated to elevating and strengthening the company’s Direct Repair Program (DRP) execution and consistency across the organization. This position is responsible for delivering hands-on system training and reinforcing DRP-focused operating processes that drive shop performance, compliance, and partner satisfaction. This role partners closely with field leadership to support shops in meeting DRP expectations, improving performance metrics, and maintaining alignment with company standards.

This role requires up to 75% Travel. Please only apply if you are open to a heavy travel role.

Pay: $95-110k

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead DRP performance training initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of company systems, tools, and workflows that support DRP success.

  • Deliver in-person and virtual training on estimating platforms, file management, documentation standards, cycle time management, severity control, and DRP-related KPI tracking.

  • Reinforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as they relate to DRP compliance, documentation accuracy, and carrier expectations.

  • Partner with Regional Managers and shop leadership to identify DRP performance gaps and develop targeted improvement plans.

  • Provide hands-on coaching to managers and teammates to improve file quality, communication, workflow discipline, and overall DRP scorecard performance.

  • Support shops in improving performance metrics such as cycle time, touch time, supplement management, CSI/NPS, and severity alignment.

  • Develop and maintain training materials including presentations, job aids, process guides, e-learning modules, and DRP performance playbooks.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through DRP scorecard data, follow-up visits, and feedback loops, making continuous improvements as needed.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure DRP-related content remains accurate and aligned with carrier expectations.

  • Maintain detailed records of training activities and DRP performance improvement efforts.

  • Assist with special DRP performance initiatives or operational improvement projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in collision repair operations, multi-location environment preferred.

  • Experience working with State Farm, Progressive, and USAA preferred.

  • Strong understanding of DRP workflows, carrier scorecards, estimating systems, file management, and operational reporting.

  • Experience supporting performance improvement initiatives or operational process rollouts preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and influence leaders and frontline teammates.

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

  • Willingness to travel up to 75% to support in-person DRP performance training.
