What You’ll Learn & Do

• Prep vehicle surfaces (sanding, masking, cleaning)

• Assist with primer, base coat & clear coat application

• Learn paint mixing and color matching

• Buff, sand, and inspect finishes for quality

• Maintain paint equipment and follow safety standards

• Work alongside experienced painters and mentors

What We’re Looking For

• Entry-level candidates or apprentices encouraged to apply

• 0–2 years of automotive or collision experience (school or shop)

• Interest in automotive painting and refinishing

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly; 70+ lbs occasionally
