What You’ll Do

Greet customers in person and over the phone

Answer calls promptly and professionally

Guide customers through the repair process

Coordinate rentals and tows
-
Support estimators and manage scheduling
-
Collect payments and maintain front office organization
What You Bring
-
1+ year of customer service experience (automotive a plus)
-
Strong communication and organization skills
-
Calm, professional demeanor in stressful situations

Comfort with computers and office systems
