What You’ll Do

• Prep surfaces for paint (sand, mask, clean)

• Apply primer, base coat & clear coat

• Mix and match paint for accuracy

• Buff, sand, and inspect for a flawless finish

• Maintain paint equipment and follow safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of automotive painting or collision experience

• Strong knowledge of paint prep, mixing, and application

• Experience with spray guns and refinishing tools

• High attention to detail and quality

• Ability to lift 35 lbs regularly; 70+ lbs occasionally
