The Role
We’re looking for a AI Product Manager to join our Product team and contribute to our mission of transforming clinical research through data-driven insights.
The Product Manager – AI Delivery & Discovery owns day-to-day product execution for a product area or squad within an industry domain. The role blends problem discovery, backlog ownership, and delivery accountability, operating under the guidance of a Group Product Manager who owns domain strategy and long-term vision.
The role operates under CluePoints’ AI lifecycle development framework, where systematic use of AI tools is fundamental to speed-to-market, quality, and learning. The Product Manager contributes to the design and delivery of AI-powered and agentic capabilities, ensuring trust, observability, and regulatory alignment.

- Lead problem discovery aligned with domain strategy
- Conduct customer interviews and analyze insights
- Define problem statements, user needs, and success criteria
- Document and/or approve AI generated use cases, workflows, domain rules, and constraints
- Validate discovery outcomes with customers and stakeholders
Backlog Ownership & Prioritization
- Own and maintain a prioritized, outcome-driven backlog
- Break down features into user requirements with value metrics
- Ensure backlog items meet Definition of Ready (DoR)
- Prioritize using OKRs, value vs effort, or MoSCoW frameworks
- Align priorities with Engineering and Architecture
Delivery & Execution
- Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria
- Manage scope trade-offs across features, defects, and improvements
- Maintain Jira delivery plans aligned with capacity
AI-Powered & Agentic Product Development
- Contribute to AI-enabled and agentic product capabilities
- Work across the full AI lifecycle: discovery, validation, release, monitoring
- Define AI guardrails including human-in-the-loop, explainability, and risk controls
- Define observability requirements for AI usage, performance, and outcomes
- Actively use AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, and documentation
Customer Interaction & Feedback
- Act as product contact for customer questions and escalations
- Own product-level defect triage and prioritization
- Validate corrective actions and customer readiness
- Manage feedback intake and feed learnings into the backlog
Release, Adoption & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to release planning and minor/patch releases
- Support go/no-go readiness reviews
- Collaborate on release notes and customer communications
- Track usage, adoption, and onboarding signals
- Participate in post-incident reviews to improve resilience
