About Cenosco

Cenosco is a fast-growing software company helping industrial organizations worldwide improve safety, sustainability, and operational reliability. Our Integrity Management software supports companies in managing critical assets and preventing failures, helping industries operate more safely and efficiently.

Headquartered in The Hague, with colleagues working across multiple countries, Cenosco combines the agility of a scale-up with a strong global footprint. As we continue to grow internationally, attracting and hiring top talent is a key priority.

Our People function plays a critical role in enabling this growth by building strong, scalable hiring practices and ensuring we bring in the right talent to support our ambitions.

The Role

As a Senior Recruiter at Cenosco, you will play a key role in driving high-quality hiring across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams globally.

Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, you act as a trusted partner, helping define hiring needs, shaping effective processes, and ensuring strong hiring decisions.

This role combines hands-on delivery with continuous improvement. While you are fully responsible for managing your own hiring pipelines, you will also contribute to strengthening recruitment practices, improving hiring quality, and bringing structure and consistency to how we hire.

As part of this, you will be actively involved in the implementation and optimization of our new ATS (Ashby), helping to set up scalable workflows, improve data quality, and ensure strong adoption across the business.

You will be part of an international environment, hiring across Europe, APAC, ME, and North America, and contributing to a scalable and future-proof talent acquisition approach.
