The Role
As a Senior Recruiter at Cenosco, you will play a key role in driving high-quality hiring across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams globally.
You will own end-to-end recruitment processes for a range of roles, with a primary focus on commercial talent, including more complex and business-critical positions. Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, you act as a trusted partner, helping define hiring needs, shaping effective processes, and ensuring strong hiring decisions.
This role combines hands-on delivery with continuous improvement. While you are fully responsible for managing your own hiring pipelines, you will also contribute to strengthening recruitment practices, improving hiring quality, and bringing structure and consistency to how we hire.
As part of this, you will be actively involved in the implementation and optimization of our new ATS (Ashby), helping to set up scalable workflows, improve data quality, and ensure strong adoption across the business.
You will be part of an international environment, hiring across Europe, APAC, ME, and North America, and contributing to a scalable and future-proof talent acquisition approach.
What You’ll Do
End-to-End Recruitment (60%)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment with a primary focus on commercial roles across the US, EU, and APACOwn vacancies across seniority levels, including senior and business-critical hires
- Partnerwith hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria
- Ensure a structured, efficient, and high-quality recruitment process
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact through to offer
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, talent mapping, referrals, and research
- Build andmaintainstrong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and future roles
- Continuously improve sourcing approaches to attract diverse and high-quality candidates
- Act as a sparring partner to hiring managers, including senior stakeholders
- Providemarket insights and advise on hiring strategies and expectations
- Support structured interviewing and contribute to objective, data-informed decision-making
- Contribute to improving recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working
- Play an active role in the implementation and optimization of our ATS (Ashby), including workflows, reporting, and adoption
- Help increase consistency, efficiency, and quality across hiring practices
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and use insights to drive improvement.
- Collaborate with the People team on employer branding and recruitment initiatives
What You Bring
- 5–7+ years of experience in Recruitment, within an in-house, product-based, or IT/Tech environment
- Proven experience hiring across GTM, Product, and Engineering roles
- Experience managing more complex or senior-level vacancies
- Strong sourcing skills, including advanced LinkedIn search, talent mapping, and proactive outreach
- Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise and influence hiring decisions
- Structured and organized way of working, with strong attention to detail
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and focused on continuous improvement
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
