Are you a skilled Web Content Coordinator with a passion for WordPress, SEO, content creation and editing seeking your next exciting opportunity? NinjaOne is actively searching for our next Content Coordinator, whose primary responsibility will be to ensure articles are published on time, with a proactive approach to managing the reviewing, staging, and scheduling of content. We are currently in pursuit of a talented individual with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. Your pivotal role in content coordination will be instrumental in driving the success of our digital content and SEO endeavors.

Location: Fully remote, but must be located in Philippines, Romania, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, or Mexico

What You’ll be Doing

Publication Coordination:

• Ensure timely publication of articles, adhering to staging and scheduling guidelines.

• Collaborate with team members to obtain internal and external reviews for articles.

• Work closely with editors and writers to update and enhance existing content.

Internal Linking and SEO Optimization:

• Conduct internal linking for our IT Glossary and IT Hub sections.

• Identify relevant pages on our website to link back to newly posted blogs.

• Utilize Google and SEO scoring techniques to find the most recent, high-quality results.

• Perform on-page searches for target keywords and create hyperlinks in articles as needed.

• Ensure that anchor text is relevant and that links point to the most appropriate pages.

Keyword Research:

• Refer to our content hub spreadsheet for target keywords and their associated metrics.

• Research, rank, and prioritize 1600+ keywords based on keyword difficulty (KD) & global volume (GV).

• Categorize keywords into the appropriate core topics.

• Input the target keyword, KD, and GV data into the spreadsheet.

Additional duties as assigned.

About You

• 2+ Years of experience with WordPress and HTML.

• 2+ Experience writing and/or editing digital content.

• Excellent English writing, editing, and speaking skills at a tested level of C2 or native proficiency.

• General understanding of fundamental SEO and digital marketing best practices.

• Experience in digital marketing and/or publishing.

• Bachelor's degree.
