About the Role
As our Training Specialist - Human Resources, you will create and facilitate curriculum for training topics to support our employees’ development through programs stemming from our HR initiatives. You will design creative learning solutions and manage multiple projects using your ability to think on your feet and deliver engaging programs. As a member of our Training & Enablement team you partner closely with HR and other departments to identify training opportunities for our employees. Your first goal will be to administer and maintain NinjaOne' s Leadership Development Program. Use your expertise to deepen our LMS utilization and other digital tools for computer learning programs. You are also instrumental in developing and maintaining our HR SharePoint site. Make an impact in continuous learning and development at NinjaOne. Help propel us into the future where our employees' performance is optimized as a result of well-designed learning experiences.
Location- Hybrid Remote in Austin, TX
What You’ll be Doing

Develop Curriculum and Training - create curriculum for HR-related training topics, as well as generally company-wide training topics. Design, develop, and maintain interactive e-learning lessons and instructor-led sessions. Facilitate instructor-led training sessions. Administer training programs pertaining to HR initiatives.

Partnering and Coaching - work with the HR team and other business groups across the company to identify training opportunities. Partner with the HR team to brainstorm creative solutions to better enable our workforce; with creative solutions- Provide coaching on topics such as soft skills and management techniques.

Communication- Design, develop, and help maintain the HR SharePoint site including turning complicated policies into more digestible formats. determine the right medium for each individual training (from PDF deliverable to an interactive training)- we are looking to expand the way we communicate information.

About You
-
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Education, HR or a similar field preferred, equivalent work experience will also be considered.

2+ years’ experience in a corporate training role with HR exposure, OR 2+ years’ experience in an HR role with corporate training related experience.

Previous experience in instruction design, adult learning, e-learning principles, and methodologies.

Passion for creating resources that facilitate learning amongst your peers.

Experience in communicating with senior-level employees, and leadership.

Previous experience with an LMS will make you a standout candidate, but not required.

Knowledgeable in how to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including great attention to detail.

Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Able to flourish under limited supervision.
