About the Role - We are seeking a motivated and innovative Marketing Technology Manager to join our dynamic team. As part of our marketing division, this role is pivotal to our company's success, driving business growth and customer engagement through technological innovation. You will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our marketing technology stack, including platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, and various integration tools. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of marketing processes, system architecture, and the value of data-driven decision-making.

Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and in one of the following states- TX, FL, CA, NC, GA, CT or ME. We have physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL.

What You’ll be Doing

• Marketing Technology Management: Oversee and manage our marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Pardot, and other digital marketing tools. Ensure that all systems are functioning optimally and are aligned with the company's business objectives.

• Attribution Modeling: Develop and implement accurate attribution models to measure the effectiveness of different marketing channels. Analyze data to provide insights into the customer journey and conversion paths, helping us optimize marketing strategies.

• Integration and Automation: Leverage marketing technology tools to automate processes, integrate platforms, and improve the efficiency of our marketing efforts. Work closely with the IT and marketing teams to design and implement seamless data flows between systems.

• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor system performance to detect and resolve issues in a timely manner. Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technology-related issues that could impact marketing initiatives.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.

About You

• Experience: At least 4 years of experience in a similar role managing and optimizing marketing technology stacks. Demonstrated direct expertise in Salesforce and Pardot is a must (minimum of 3 years). Experience in using other digital marketing tools and platforms is highly desirable.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation and integration tools. Strong knowledge of attribution modeling, data analysis, and marketing processes. Familiarity with monitoring tools and problem-solving methodologies.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-backed decisions.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
