You will make an impact:  

 

As the Compliance Project Lead, you will be the organizational point person for key Compliance Certifications and ongoing associated tasks helping build out a Governance, Risk, and Control (GRC) Framework. Common areas will include leading the efforts for the yearly SOC2 Type 2 audit, drive completion of ISO controls needed, project manage the vendor intake process, be the documentation administration of our Quality Management System, as well as build out a common control framework.

Your day to day:  

 

  • Serve as the Project Lead for key Compliance related initiatives such as SOC2, ISO, and other related areas working with various departments to ensure processes comply on an ongoing basis 
  • Manage the vendor intake process collaborating with departmental leaders to assess / re-assess vendors as required 
  • Serve as a document coordinator owning the maintenance of the Company Quality Management System ensuring all SOPs are approved and effective as required 
  • Be instrumental in developing a unified control framework along with the build out of a GRC model for the company’s compliance functions 
  • Provide backup support as required to the overall Quality and Compliance team 
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:   

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred 
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality, Compliance or similar administrative role working in a fast-paced working environment preferred with a working knowledge of SOC2 Type 2, ISO 27001/ 27701, or similar 
  • Excellent knowledge of English 
  • Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service 
  • Strong presentation/public speaking skills 
  • Excellent decision-making and critical thinking skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Team player and collaborator that can handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-growing company 
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills with high attention to detail 
  • Adaptable to change
