Who You Are:

Invicti is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team to support our rapid growth in North America.  In collaboration with sales and customer success, the Field Marketing Manager will define and execute regional and target account specific marketing programs that drive net-new and expansion pipeline. 

This role reports to the VP Revenue Marketing and is a key collaborator and partner with the North America sales teams, while concurrently serving as field liaison with our marketing team and bi-directionally sharing best practices with fellow field marketing peers.

The selected candidate will be a self-motivated multi-tasker, comfortable working quickly in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will relish new, daily challenges and be a creative problem solver and solution-oriented team member. Operational efficiency is a must, with a clear understanding of campaign metrics and reporting.

The selected candidate will also demonstrate a track record of driving effective sales alignment and high-impact, audience-centric field programs. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Define strategy and execute the delivery of high-impact marketing programs including field events, region-specific webinars, roundtables, and regional campaigns both on time and on budget.
  • Lead event and campaign selection and planning in support of regional goals, aligned to the global pipeline targets. 
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of regional marketing campaigns to determine ROI.
  • Drive the relationship, process, and productivity between Marketing, BDRs, and Sales teams to ensure leads are properly routed and followed up in a timely manner.
  • Participate in Sales QBRs and be tightly aligned to the entire Sales organization you support.
  • Act as a program lead when applicable, mentoring and guiding Field Marketing Managers; help the team execute effectively, pivot as needed, and bring a sense of urgency every day.
  • Close collaboration with cross-functional team members in revenue marketing, brand, content, and creative to deliver effective programs.


What You’ll Need: 

  • 3-5 years experience in delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through field marketing programs, customer-facing events, and digital campaigns
  • Familiarity with B2B enterprise/mid-market software, ideally in a cybersecurity environment.
  • Understanding of how to engage and work with BDR teams and sales teams as well as sales leadership, to support and accelerate them, with a passion for impacting their revenue goals.
  • Data-driven mindset and experience with analyzing campaign results to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Experience with marketing automation and ABM platforms, including Marketo, Demandbase, or other similar programs.
  • Collaborative work style; ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive communicator; able to comfortably communicate plans to marketing leadership, as well as other stakeholders/leaders within the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ask questions and track down answers with confidence, and lead projects/programs with minimal direction.
