Overview





The Revenue Cycle Management Software Training Specialist is responsible for the design, planning and implementation of customer-facing and employee training for ABILITY Network’s Revenue Cycle Management software applications. The Revenue Cycle Management Software Training Specialist will coordinate customer facing training documentation and other tools and will create multi-faceted training experiences to engage all types of learners.





Responsibilities






  • Develop and implement robust training programs for customers and employees using a variety of training delivery methods

  • Partner with Director of Training and Training Team to create effective training materials, including user guides, job aids, visual aids, etc.

  • Oversee the timely updates of materials, including but not limited to reference guides and online resources

  • Deliver on-site and virtual training (both synchronous and asynchronous) for Revenue Cycle Management applications, including end-to-end training and new release training, as needed

  • Assist in maintenance and reporting with existing LMS (both Cornerstone and Litmos) to provide effective user experience and appropriate metrics for management and stakeholders

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create effective and scalable training and curricula

  • Build structured training programs based on industry best-practices

  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer and employee learning progress

  • Leverage metrics and data from assessments, surveys, and 1:1 sessions to identify, communicate, and implement improvements to training programs

  • Other projects and duties as assigned





Qualifications





Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • A minimum of four years of hospital billing experience or medical billing auditor experience with a demonstrated ability to train others.

  • 2+ years of learning and development expertise creating and delivering educational curriculum and content in instructor-led and virtual environments (both synchronous and asynchronous)

  • 2+ years of experience leveraging authoring tools such as Camtasia Studio (preferred) Adobe Creative Cloud, or Articulate Storyline

  • Ability to travel 25-30% to customer sites nationwide to deliver effective training

  • Advanced technical proficiency and troubleshooting knowledge (see below for required computer skills.)

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Visio.)

  • Skilled user of CRM applications such as Salesforce

  • Excellent verbal and written customer service skillset, including the capacity to effectively assess problems and communicate solutions

  • Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and the ability to prioritize

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast–paced environment

  • Ability to work independently, assisting others as needed

  • A strong team player with the ability to interact effectively with all parts of the organization


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience working with a Learning Management System

  • Proficient knowledge of Healthcare EDI (ANSI x12, 835, 837, 271/271)

  • Proficient knowledge of HIPPA transaction code set

  • Experience working in CRM system (Salesforce preferred)

  • Experience supporting Software as a Service (SaaS)
