The Sales Operations department has a full-time opportunity for an Inside Sales Lead Manager to maximize our call lists.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Forecast and analyze staffing based on inbound and outbound call volumes and agent utilization leveraging data from CRM and third party software reporting
Work closely with workforce management team to perform long and short-term capacity planning based on seasonal marketing trends
Develop and maintain detailed resource utilization models using historical trends and forecast assumptions
Support the development and maintenance of weekly and monthly reporting with data housed in CRM
Perform ongoing comparison of internal and third party call centers to identify best practices by agent and team
Perform other ad hoc analysis including working with company’s analytics team to develop, maintain, and improve models assessing which prospective customers to contact, how (phone vs email), and when to contact them
Qualifications and Experience:
2+ years' experience supporting an outbound contact center environment with a sales focus
Proven analytical problem-solving skills
Demonstrated strength in teamwork, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required
Strong experience in data mining, analysis, and providing insights internally in a simple format
Outstanding organizational skills, including ability to multi-task
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
