The Medical Inside Sales Account Executive is directly responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the non-elective medical space for Solutionreach. An Account Executive is required to utilize marketing and sales tools to analyze opportunities, build an aggressive pipeline and close new business. Ability to understand the unique talents and capabilities of Solutionreach is vital. In addition, this candidate must have a proven track record of solution selling in the medical space.
You will, among other things…
Develop a sales plan to fulfill the growth and revenue goals of the organization
Experience closing long term, high profile deals
Manage business and sales growth pipeline and forecast
Track and manage opportunities using Salesforce CRM
Rigorously identify and pursue new business opportunities through various lead generated activities, including but not limited to; tradeshows, direct mailings, advertising, cold-calling, etc.
Identify and develop relationships with key industry representatives to generate new business opportunities in our medical business sectors
Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators to the management team
Research and analyze key economic factors that may influence market activity within specific niche markets, geographic areas or local governments
Be proactive with on-going business development processes to advise clients of SolutionReach’s full-range of services.

You must have…
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education experience
Have a minimum of 3 years of Medical and SAAS sales experience. Experience in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, OBGyn, Pediatrics, etc. is preferred.
Experience in the medical and healthcare elective industry preferred
Consistent record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas and goals
Superior negotiation and closing experience
Strong ability to lead and guide decision making in business solutions
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Superb organizational and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and able to achieve results in the face of difficulty
Ability to excel in fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to adhere to strict deadlines
Strong phone presence with high energy
Possess exceptional organizational skills with capability to work under deadlines and specific time frames

Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
