Help Desk Technician to assist in making its award-winning and amazing service even more awesome. As a Help Desk Technician, you will help solve internal employee and customer requests regarding information systems, software, and hardware while working alongside and collaborating with our talented IT and Engineering Team.
Duties and responsibilities
Perform unprecedented heroics, ensuring the stable operation company computers and phone systems
Deliver world-class technical help to fellow employees and customers
Apply your knowledge in troubleshooting and oversee the installation, configuration and maintenance of the company's PCs
High School diploma required; some college preferred
Windows and Mac desktop administration
Software maintenance, installation, and license tracking
Inventory tracking and management
Innovation and creativity to troubleshoot problems as they arise
Excellent verbal and written English
iOS device management and provisioning
Familiarity with ActiveDirectory to manage users, groups, and resources
Working knowledge of network technology (IP troubleshooting, etc.)
2 years as a help desk professional
Able to work full-time (min. 40 hrs/week)
General office environment: Works generally inside in a well-lighted, air-conditioned cubicle/office, with moderate noise levels. Need to be able to crawl under desks and fit in tight places. Periods of stress will occur.
Activities require a significant amount of up and down at office and work desks and in front of a computer monitor. Lots walking and standing relative to interaction with other personnel. Need to be able to crawl under desk and fit in to tight spaces.
Long-distance or air travel as needed – not to exceed 5% travel.
