Job summary

This position is responsible for generating sales within our major accounts and enterprise markets. It is a quota bearing position based upon monthly sales generated. This position is territory based, as such a qualified candidate may live and work in their respective region, or may be in our corporate office in Lehi, Utah.

Duties and responsibilities

Must be able to present, and demonstrate use of our product with professionalism and high level customer engagement
Identify and target prospective customers through phone contact, email, and/or any other means by which to creatively build rapport and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Schedule and hold appointments with potential customers, while making detailed notes in our CRM
Capture new leads with a presentation of our product that is both engaging and professional
Maintain and develop superior knowledge of the market and current technology, to confidently sell our services and out perform market competitors
Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively articulate benefits & company services to prospects
Collaborate with the sales teams and other departments to achieve and exceed business goal
Negotiate contract terms with prospective clients with companies
Perform other duties as assigned

5+ years Sales experience, enterprise and major account sales experience preferred
Experience in the medical and healthcare elective industry preferred
Technical software experience is a plus
Utilize excellent verbal and written English skills
Be tech savvy with an understanding of how healthcare company's needs can be better supported through technology
Must have ability to provide successful forecasting of sales pipeline, and understanding of sales processes
Be an ambitious person with a general aptitude for sales and client relationships
Have the ability to multitask with a strong work ethic and business acumen
Have excellent people skills and a talent in working with both external and internal customers
Possess exceptional organizational skills with capability to work under deadlines and specific time frames
Be a team player with a positive attitude
Have regular and consistent attendance, and work ethic
Strong ability to negotiate contract terms
A superior problem solver, who can navigate through sales processes to provide solutions for prospective customers from start to finish
Working environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopies, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role, however, it requires the ability to lift and carry equipment for tradeshow set up, and regular travel capability.


25-50% - Sales travel - as needed to close business. You will attend conferences, events, tradeshows, and meet and present to prospective clients
