The Ascentis Sales Operations team is made up of driven sales support professionals who came to Ascentis every day to enable Sales success. The Sales Operations Support Specialist Plays a key role in executing our customer orders that come in through our dynamic sales team. This role is a stepping stone to other responsibilities and roles within the business as it enables you to acquire the foundation of sales operations.

What are the general responsibilities of the position?

  • Collaborate with sales team to gather necessary information needed for client order processing.
  • Ensure timeliness of orders being completed and communicate any questions or delays immediately.
  • Maintain and update contract terms in Salesforce (CRM).
  • Develop working knowledge of sales operations and order processing best practices.

What are we looking for in a candidate?

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of order processing or technical support in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment and strong interpersonal skills
  • Technically savvy with the ability to quickly pick up new systems/processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and efficiency in work
  • Take pride in your excellent customer service and time management skills
  • Adaptable to change with experience redirecting activity when priorities change
  • Proficient in MS Office software Excel, Word, Power Point required
  • CRM experience preferred
